ALBERT seeks a Sponsor to assist with defrayment of our sea voyage costs from China to Australia.

The bus will provide you with a unique medium for exposing your ideals, product or personal message to literally thousands of souls along our route and, more specifically, to the UK and Australasian markets at large.

ALBERT inspires attention, curiosity and wide smiles from young and old alike and we are already embarked on a genuinely charitable Greetings Exchange programme between schools in Britain, Central Asia and Australia.

No ordinary bus ride nor your stock pre-constructed "adventure", but here a real-life journey with purpose, warmth and sincerity extending the hand of friendship and goodwill in a simple, fun and most practical way.

Restoring this 64 years old bus has proven a major challenge in itself, undertaken by our own dedicated and experienced team of volunteers, all at private cost, as also the expenses of the overland journey itself.

It is to assist with the SHIPPING from China to Australia for which Albert needs your support. The amount required is an estimated Aud $20,000 (Gbp £12,500) but, from our many past experiences, the precise figure will only be nailed down when our shippers are confident our big bus will be dockside - at the right time!
